Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up her gymnastics. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals each year. At the close of 2009, she won four more health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. In October 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. It's no surprise that she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. It is common to warm up prior to an actual training. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. She does this by super making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week one day being lightweight day, as well as the second heavier weight day.
